Extract data from eml files in SharePoint

Hi everyone,

 
I need someone's help with eml files, which were imported to SharePoint library. When I read every file from SharePoint library, I don't know how to get information for "From" "To" and "HasAttachment". Is there any way to solve it?

 

If you have any ideas, please let me know.
