Hi,
I've tried to utilize the "request sign off" flow that's in my list and each time I send it to my supervisor, she doesn't get an email. It does show up on her Teams notifications but only if she is actively on the computer. Ideally, I would like for it to send an email with the list item needing approval because sharepoint and teams is not always up on her computer but she is good about checking her emails.
Any suggestions/instructions on how to fix this?
