Hi,
I've tried to utilize the "request sign off" flow that's in my list and each time I send it to my supervisor, she doesn't get an email. It does show up on her Teams notifications but only if she is actively on the computer. Ideally, I would like for it to send an email with the list item needing approval because sharepoint and teams is not always up on her computer but she is good about checking her emails.
Any suggestions/instructions on how to fix this?

I didn't build it myself, it is included in the modern SharePoint experience. Also, I realized that my supervisor had the wrong email linked to her MS account, that was why she was not receiving it in her inbox. Thank you for reaching out though!! 🙂
