New to the community, new to Power Automate tools. Is there a way to place an expiration date on an encrypted email in Outlook on a Mac or Outlook web browser ?  I found this link but it seems a bit dated:https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/office/set-a-message-expiration-date-fcae213f-8d38-4318-a17b-42d83ac209ed#:~:text=Set%20an%20expiration%20date%20for%20a%20message%20you%20receive&text=Select%20File%20%3E%20Properties.,to%20save%20the%20expiration%20date.

    Hi there,

Yes, but you'll need access to Purview.

You can set the Sensitivity Label on an email, as seen here:

The trick here is that in order to apply an expiry, you'd need to do it through Information Protection in Microsoft Purview.

@Rhiassuring thanks for responding. Can you provide more details on what Purview is, specifically how it integrates with Outlook? Sounds like Purview is a plugin and it needs to exist to utilize this feature.

Purview is a range of tools in Microsoft's Compliance section. Things like records retention, data loss prevention, information protection, etc. Information protection is where sensitivity labels come into play.  It can apply to files, sites, and emails. It can encrypt them, or set specific rules / headers on them depending on what the Purview rules are.

    Purview is a huge topic.
