SharePoint Calendar not Populating Date after Power Apps Customization

I created a modern SharePoint calendar with Start Date and End Date.  I used 'customize forms' in Power Apps to add a few cascading dropdowns.    Now when I click on the Date on the Calendar view it doesn't automatically populate the date like it used to.  Very frustrating.   Any idea how to get that functionality back?
