Difference between the Respond in PowerApps action and the Response action

I'm considering replacing a Respond in PowerApps action with a Response action to make use of the 180s limit on responses in PowerApps. 

 

My question is: Is the Response action subject to the same 90s limit that the Respond in PowerApps action is?

    Are you using the action Respond to PowerApps?

    We could use this action to return data to PowerApps. More details about this action at here:

    About the Response action, is it on PowerApps? Could you share more details on it?
