Hello , I have seen this question posted before and haven’t found the answer.
I have a form to generate data for a spreadsheet . Due to data protection rules I need the data deleted after a set amount of time. Is there a way of doing this as it would save time and effort having to do it manually.

Hello Anna,

thank you for the assistance with my question .
I do have a further problem.
my flow is generated from a form so how do I tell it to delete a line from the spreadsheet if I don’t know the name of the spreadsheet?
will the spreadsheet be stored in SharePoint?

Thank you for posting.

According to your description, you would like yo collect form responses and delete it after some time. If any misunderstanding, please kindly let me know.

We can use delay action to control how long would you like to retain the new response.
