Hi thank you for taking time to read this message.

I need to build a approval flow for reimbursement form with attachment of recipient submission from Microsoft form

I have this issue whereby there is this department (TAX) that have 2 managers, so I am not able to use the feature of get manager (from office365 user) as the TAX department staff can select which manager to approve their claim.

So what I did is on the first question I put the list of manager name option of whereby employee have to select their manager even for TAX or other departments.

After they have submit and upload the picture or pdf into the form, it still get store into a sharepoint list.

Can I know what is the best way to do to set up the flow for approval.

I tried to use condition (Switch) to myself with start and wait approval but I have issue as long as I add a 2nd manager it will fail due to the attachment whereby it using attachment expression.

    Hi @WeiMingLeong

Could you please provide the screenshots of the Flow configuration? And what is attachment expression?

I set up a flow you can refer to the screenshots below to see if it helps.

    it work greatly.
can i ask in the form there is amount of claim.
how should i set the condition if amount is more than $100, it will required 1st and 2nd approval who is my managing director.
While amount below $100 only need 1st approval.

    Hi @WeiMingLeong

    You can add Condition action.

If the amount is greater than 100, when the first approval is completed, use get manager action to get manager’s manager, and then send the second approval email.

If the amount is less than 100, the first approval is completed, the flow ends.

    hi @v-LilyW-msft
thank you for your fast reply.
due to i am also using my personal email address to do testing with sharepoint online for allowing external to access.
this caused my search user manager to end up putting my personal email address rather than office email address.
is there a way to make it only get my name with email domain?

update, I found that i can put the full display name.
i will try out to check if i have any more issue and update again.

    Thank you very much!

    Hi @WeiMingLeong

You mentioned that the Condition result is always true, even the amount you put less than 100, therefore I update the following part of the second replay. Please try again.
