I encountered this kind of error for the 1st time. Not sure why it persists, since there is no maintained timeout for my start and wait for approval action. Only one item is affected, some are working well.
I am not sure what you mean by "only 1 item is affected". What item? What does that mean?
There is always a Timeout to anything using TCP connections and HTTP Connections.
Are you saying that the flow no longer works at all? Can't tell from your message
