I have created a SharePoint list, and the field do not show the choices I have put in. I am also editing this from with Power Apps through SharePoint. I don't know if that can mess anything up.

Some of our users have reported this issue too.  Seems like Microsoft may have broken something.  We haven't opened a ticket yet to investigate.

What is the Items and DisplayFields of the Combo Box ?

    Items: Choices(@'Test Form List'].'Source Justification')

    Display Fileds: ["Values"]

The Dropdowns work when I am in power app editing the form, but it is messing up when I try to add a new item on SharePoint.

    Hi Trout19
I think your post may be a typo - Items should be (missing [ bracket)
    Choices([@'Test Form List'].'Source Justification')
    and DisplayFields (s not needed)
     ["Value"]
but if this is the case, it should work, You can hard-code the Items (I never use single-choice fields - just set these and write back to a Text field)
    ["Approve", "Deny"]
and maybe that will fix the issue. The other alternative is to delete the control and let Power Apps create a new one as the current item may be corrupt.
