Is this UI only available in Dynamics365?

I've come across this UI (attached) in Dynamics 365 Sales Trial version. This is much better than the plain Table view and similar to Microsoft Planner. My team uses a custom Model Driven app and Task table to keep track of tasks that sales reps work on. I am wondering if there is a way to turn this UI on on the Model Driven app
