How can I set loop flow by search result

Hi

 

I wanna automate my job flow with using "Access".

Every first day of the month, I search last-month sales.

and then, copy&paste the results to sales.xlsx(EXCEL).

 

There are 3 results in below picture.

I wanna copy&paste these information to EXCEL.

I can't create flow because the number of results are different month by month.

I wanna create loop flow which continue times of  the number of results, but I don't know how to set.

How should I do ?

    Why do you want or need to use Power Automate for this?

    thanks for introduce useful solution.

     

    but there's a rule to use Power Automate.

    So, I must use it whether I wanna or not.

    That's a stupid rule. Nobody would go through complex and error-prone UI scraping if you could very easily access the database directly.

    You could try this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/actions-reference/uiautomation#extractdatafromwindow

     

    If it doesn't work, then you need to figure out how to access the cells, by UI selector or just TAB through them plus Ctrl+C until there is an error or you have reached a certain element.
