Hello,

I created an instant cloud flow in my Office 365 work email and when I go to my excel spreadsheet with table and went to Data tab and selected "Flow" and my cloud flow saved list from Office 365 does not show up. It is completely blank. How can I get my list to connect or show that way I an run it and start sending out my bulk emails.

Thank you,
Christine

I am sorry I am confused.

YOu said you created a Flow for Outlook, but then said you dont see it in Excel to send bulk emails.

Can you please explain in more detail what you are trying to do.

    Thanks

Step 1: Open Excel File in Excel Online

Go to OneDrive or SharePoint where the Excel file is stored.

Open the Excel file in your browser (Excel Online).

Make sure your Excel table is defined (i.e., Insert → Table with headers).

Step 2: Go to Automate Tab

Click the "Automate" tab in the ribbon (Excel Online only).

    Select "New Flow""Create a flow".

This opens a Power Automate panel inside Excel.

Step 3: Select "For a selected row" Trigger

Choose “For a selected row” as the trigger.

This binds the flow to the Excel table.

    Step 4: Save the Flow

Name your flow clearly (e.g., Send Bulk Email from Excel)
