Hi,

Recently I used Power Automate with my personal account, but it stopped working and didn't let me in. Solution was to buy M365 Business Basic subscription and re-create workflows. My idea was to switch from OneDrive to OneDrvie For Business, but for some reason when I'm trying to create connection to OneDrive For Business it fails saying that Microsoft account doesn't exist. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi Pstork1,

It siims that I mixed something up as I was sure that I was logged in with my organization account. Now I re-created connectors to Gmail, Excel Online (Business), OneDrive for Business and also recreated all workflows. So far so good and all of them working as expected. Thank you very much for you support.

You now have two different accounts, A Microsoft account and a Work or School account.  The Microsoft account can be used with Power Automate, but most of the connectors won't authenticate because they require a Work or School Account. So I suspect when you first tried reopening your flow you were using the Microsoft Account and that's why you couldn't access OneDrive for Business.  In the same way you won't be able to access OneDrive using your Work or School Account.  So it all depends on what account you use to login to https://make.powerautomate.com. Make sure you use your Work or School Account.

    Hi Pstork1,

Thank you for your support and prompt reply. I'm not an expert, but I assume that if I purchased M365 Business Basic license, then it's organization and I should use Work or School account that will let me use Power Automate. Meanwhile, when I re-opened the flow, it asked me to re-authenticate and after that I was able to create connector to OneDrive For Business that wasn't possible before. Only thing what I did was MFA configuration for the account and therefore I'm not sure why it started to work. I also checked and it seems that I can access now Power Automate with my personal account for which I received the error message earlier that it can be used only with Work and School... Very confusing...

This was the steps which asked me for the sign in.

And this was the error I received earlier.

Can you show us the OneDrive for Business action that is causing that prompt?  You shouldn't be seeing a login for a Microsoft account if you are accessing OneDrive for Business and using a Work or School Account.  OneDrive and OneDrive for Business do use different connectors/actions. So you'll need to rebuild your flow using the right connections.
