Guys up to last week I was able to click on a flow and it would (eventually) load with every action, condition and loop open and visible. Now flows load with everything collapsed. If it is an error how do i fix it? If it is by design pls sack designer responsible. Also is there a way to Expand/Collapse everything quickly?

Debugging the loops when there's an error, is nearly impossible. Welcome to the #halfbakedpie.

That said, manually restrict your loop to run a single item, just to ensure that it still works. From there, bump it up to 5 or so, and see if it nets an error that can be troubleshot.

Feel free to discuss what's happening inside the loop, as maybe that will reveal the cause.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but to the best of my knowledge that is the default behavior and it can't be changed.  I would suggest using the feedback button in the designer to register your disapproval. It will get more notice than a post on the forums does.
