I am very new to use flows. But I can see the benefits of them. I'm familiar with SharePoint, but not at a higher technical level.
I suspect this is a really easy issue to fix. I just am not knowledgeable though to find the solution
I'd like to create a flow that does the following:
1. Create a button column within a SharePoint folder that is a 'for action' button. When clicked, this generates an email to a specific address with an option to leave a comment within that email.
If possible. I'd also like to then have that document move to another folder within SharePoint and a link to the document is in the email as well.
2. Much easier I assume. Creating a second button that simply deletes the document from the folder all together.
I think my issue is finding how to start the flow so that the trigger only happens when the button is pressed rather than an automatic one.
I understand that I also need to work out SharePoint list formatting, so any guidance there will be great too!
