Regarding not able to see one data in form , rest of all data is shown

I tried connecting it with excel sheet and then with google sheet but not able to understand why it is not showing the scheme , rest of the data has been easily connected but the Scheme is not showing , although trying everything in the best possible way still I am not getting the desired result.

Somebody has solution for this problem , please reply ASAP.

Can you provide more details of the error highlighted please?

Usually, if a field is not shown on the form is related to errors in the card or to changes on the connection or data source to the field.

You can try to remove the connection and add it back again to the app. Then you can add again the missing field on the form and remove the old one that is causing troubles.

I already tried this many times. Now even the power apps is showing that we have exceed the limit , try again later.

What actually happened is , at first we tried to connect to PowerApps through excel sheet but it was not working as excel sheet was not connecting to it so we go for google sheets, the google sheet was connected and I was able to connect it to our form .
But when I tried to connect it to the data it shows all the three columns except the scheme name, now what I think is, there is something wrong with the sheet , but i am not able to figure out what's wrong with it. Because rest of the details are showing properly except the scheme .
If you have any idea about how we should make our google sheets and connect it with the data please help me out with it.

Hello @Psamar13 ,

Does your Google sheet have "__PowerAppsId__" column? If not, please create this column manually in your Google Sheet. What's the data type of Scheme column in the google sheet? Sometimes power apps is not able to recognize it.

There is no such column like "__PowerAppsId__", But if this column is not in my sheet then why the other data is visible on the form , like either nothing should be visible or all the data should be visible . How is that possible that the google sheet has connected but out of 4 only 3 columns and there data is visible. What's wrong with that one "Scheme" column ?
The data type of 'Scheme' column is String.

Hello @Psamar13 ,

Once you establish a connection to the Google sheet connector it should display the __PowerAppsId__ column. For it to be recognized by power apps.

If it's not included after establishing the connection to google sheets and selecting the table or sheet. If it's not in the table, please include it manually just the header by typing __PowerAppsId__. After, delete the previous connection and create the connection to google sheet again.

Once you included the connection and the table has the column mentioned it should display properly the values you're looking for.

Hi @OdinDelToro ,
I have done this ,now the table is correct but still facing the same issue , Scheme names are still not visible on the form. It is showing that the column name isn't recognized.

Hello @Psamar13 ,

Can you click on Edit fields and remove the scheme field that is not recognized, and then re-add it again.

To remove the field, you need to go to edit fields of the form then go to the ellipsis of the field you want to remove and select remove.
Then to add it again, click on Add field and select the field scheme to include it back.

Hi @OdinDelToro ,
Can you please tell why only the Scheme name is showing like this while the other column names don't have any underscores or numbers in them , Is it common or there is still something wrong with the table?
Please clear this doubt.
Although in google sheet my column name is "Scheme"

Of course, for google sheet connector there are column name handlings which in your case is a space character or ' '. That's from the column name Scheme Name. You can check it here in the official documentation of the connector Google Sheets - Connectors | Microsoft Learn

Within web elements in tables there are logical names and display names which are used to identify. In your case it might be appearing like that because previously the name of the column was scheme name and then change to scheme. You can think of that name as an internal identifier within the system, so as long as it doesn't limit you to connect to the column, use it. This also happen when connecting through APIs with SharePoint for example.

Hi @OdinDelToro ,
But now as I have changed the column name from "Scheme Name" to "Scheme" and now I am connecting it , why is it still not showing the data. What to do now ?

Rest all the data is visible.
Can you please tell , like Is that possible that there is something wrong with the "Scheme" section only?
