I have newly activated PVA trial by signing up. I have previously created bots in PVA for Teams but now I need to be developiing for the web. For some reason PVA web app is kind of unresponsive. Navigatig to Topics does not work and opening address https://web.powerva.microsoft.com/environments/bots/topics directly in the browser displays a blank page and a spinning loading indicator. All other navigation links are unresponsive as well.
I have checked my licensing status and what I see there is active Power Virtual Agents for Office 365. What am I missing here?
In order to access the list of topics. You need to have a url that contains the following format.
https://web.powerva.microsoft.com/environments/<environment-uuid-id>/bots/<your-bot-id-you-create-uuid>/topics/existing
The following is an example below:
https://web.powerva.microsoft.com/environments/c700dc19-88ce-4e0a-9ec4-f2e661aac097/bots/11db2d12-2e0c-4527-83cf-e9e582aad28e/topics/existing
Try the above once you get your bot id and environment id.
Thanks. Maybe I explained the problem in a little bit complicated way. The initial demo bot and all the links in the left navigation are unresponsive. My guess is that my trial license is not active tho I see Power Virtual Agents for Office 365 activated in the M365 admin portal. What I don't see is Power Virtual Agents for Office 365 in the licensing manual, nor do I see any funcionality that I am used to see in POwer Virtual Agents for Teams app, e.g. Topics, Entities and Analytic. The links are there but they don't work. Should I just wait for my trial to be activated or what?
