Flow shows as successful but stuck on a task in waiting

Hi,

I have a flow that creates an automatic confirmation email, based on an entry in a SharePoint list.

It shows in the dashboard as successfull or completed, but no email is being sent out. Whe I check the flow, the last step is stuck in waiting:

The flow works periodically fine, then it stops for a week or two and then I try to troublehsoot and sometimes it works again normally.

Does anybody else have the same issue or knows how to solve this?
I have the same question (1)

You might have better luck finding an answer to your post if you translate the actions to English and explain exactly what's not working. I am guessing the action that is waiting is the one where you send an e-mail with options (at least that's what it seems to be from a Web search)? If so, what is not working as I see no errors in your flow. Since you have it in an Apply to each, your flow will not continue until every e-mail that has been sent has received a reply.

And if your flow is waiting for a reply because the action is sending an e-mail with options, what is under it since you don't show that portion of your flow. If nothing, why are you sending an e-mail with options? If you are doing something with the response, I would create a child flow to run the send e-mail options and whatever follows. This way, each one will be independent from one another and cause you less problems.

    Hi David,

thank you for your answer. Translation of the flow: When a new item is created -> convert time "pickup" (convert to local time zone and format) -> convert time "return" (convert to local time zone and format) -> for each element "equipment" -> for each element "accessories" -> send email from shared inbox (confirmation email).

The send email from a shared inbox is the option, it is important that the email is sent out from the shared inbox account and not my personal account, as the list handled equipment rentals and requests/confirmations etc. should be handled in the shared inbox.

The flow does run until the send email step, there it just remains in waiting (no checkmark but rather a permanently running loading circle as in the screenshot) and no email is being sent out. I checked the permissions as well for the connectors, everythings is in order. What is most confusing is that the flow shows as successfully completed, but when I enter the details, it looks like in the screenshot and the flow is stuck at the last step.

I don't really need a response to the confirmation, it is just important that the confirmation email is being sent out when the item has been added to the list.

    Did that help to clarify?
