Flow sending multiple duplicate Emails

I am trying to create a flow that sends out an email based on a date in a excel table.

While testing i have come across an issue that if the flow needs to send out an email to more than one email address it will send each user duplicate emails to the amount of different users.

i understand that i need to get the send an email function outside of the apply to each function, but how to accomplish that im not sure as i am fairly new to power automate.

    Hi @IsaacHill ,

I think you are really close here.  I just revisited my flow "send one email for all related rows" which essentially is the same thing except mine is based on the email not a date value.

When I look at your Apply to each for the Send Email V2, I reference the "Current Item" and I see you are referencing the actual Excel value which is the reason for the duplicate emails.  Please try updating the To: value to Current Item.  Please mark as a solution if this gets you up and running!  Always glad to help! Tom

This has appeared to have been what was causing the issue. So, thank you for that.

I believe the second apply to each was created because i tried to use the name column in the excel sheet to address the email to each user in the body of the email.

would you have a suggestion on how this might work?
