How to create screen/label text in multi lingual. Something similar to resx files/resources files?

Any ideas on this ?

    @maheshkhiste - although we were not able to build first class native support for global apps yet, we do have a mechanim to build them. Please look at this article by Greg: https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/global-apps/
