What is the relationship between the date in your Excel spreadsheet and the action of updating a task? The Update a task action says it failed because it could not find the task you specified to update, which would be based in its ID and has nothing to do with the dates in your Excel spreadsheet. Maybe you're trying to update it based on the plan ID rather than the task ID.

@David_MA  Ohh ok but I can see the taskID is available in excel sheet as below :

    Below the flow portion :
As per above excel sheet, taskID is not blank , so the condition is NO , it should update the data where i have updated the new data (Updated new due date in all the rows)

Let me know if you need more details .

    Thanks

Looking at this again, if the task IDs exist and are accurate, then the issue is with the bucket ID. Since you only show the flow run in your screen shot and not the configuration of the action, I cannot be sure. But, in the bucket you should be entering a GIUD. If you are entering Plan 2025 for the value of the bucket ID, that is what cannot be found.

To get the bucket IDs, you can use a Graph API call: GET https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/planner/plans/{plan-id}/buckets. If you log into the Graph API explorer at Graph Explorer | Try Microsoft Graph APIs - Microsoft Graph you can run this query to get the IDs of the buckets in the plan.

Also in Update a task V2 there is no other fields are available to update into MS Planner , like Assignee Name , Progress ..
