Send E-Mail with flows

I want to send e-mails with a flow, so I add a send e-mail step. This works, but I can only send e-mails to somebody who is in my organisation. What do I have to change to send e-mails to people who are not in my organisation?

Edit: If I start the Flow, I ask where I want to send the e-mail

If you look above and to the right of the To field in the send an email action you will see a small icon.  This switches the To field between Basic and Advanced mode.  In Basic mode the field is a People Picker that is locked only use internal email addresses.  In Advanced mode you can enter any email address.

Asking at the beginning of the flow who you want to send the email to doesn't have any effect on the send email action.  Are you using a template or is this a flow you built yourself?  If its a template then you are probably using an older version of the send email that has been deprecated and needs to be replaced.

Can you show me a screenshot of your flow?

You need to change from Basic to Advanced before you add the Ask in Power Apps dynamic content.  Its greyed out because you already added dynamic content to the field.  Remove the dynamic content, switch it to advanced, and then re-add the dynamic content.

Sorry, what do I have to do? Can you send me a screenshot? How can I change that?

    1. Remove the dynamic data from the To: field
    2. That should activate the Basic/Advanced switch I highlighted in my previous screenshot.  Switch it to Advanced
    3. Put the dynamic data back.  It should now accept any Internet accessible email address.

When you say it doesn't work what exactly do you mean?  Does it throw an error?  Does it complete the flow but the mail doesn't arrive? Do you fill in a valid email address when prompted?
