I've been using the MasterOffice365 (@Office365Master ?) blog as a basis to help try and get the Lat/Long data (https://masteroffice365.com/media-service-metadata-magic-part-2/ ) but I'm having trouble with the result it's returning to me, and I don't know why there is a difference.
If I view my photo properties in Windows Explorer, I will get (as an example) something that looks like:
| Latitude | 50; 50; 30.0100000000092848 |
| Longitude | 1; 34; 41.6499999999996362 |
Using the RenderListDataAsStream API call to get the MetaInfo data, the body return of the Send a HTTP Request (after some parsing), will give me a Lat/Long data that looks like:
| wic_System_GPS_Latitude | SW|50,50.5001666666668219N |
| wic_System_GPS_Longitude | SW|1,34.6941666666666606W |
Now, I can clearly match up the degrees and minutes, but the seconds figure is quite different. Why is this? Is there some sort of conversion process going on? If I download the file from SharePoint it shows the original Lat/Long figures.
30.0100000000092848 * 100 / 60 = 50.5001666666668219
They convert the minutes to degree fractions.
