I'm calling a Flow Action in PVA and it works fine if I use the Flow Bot but when I post as Power Virtual Agents and Post in as Chat with bot I receive the following error:
Any help is appreciated, I'm fairly new to PVA but loving it so far!

I see your screenshot is cropped. Any chance you post the entire screenshot of your flow configuration? Or alternatively, can you post the adaptive card json here?
I would also check if you are meeting the prerequisites for using proactive messages with a PVA:
