I would like to construct a Power Automate flow when I send an email. The email is a work assignment for an employee. The flow would take the email attachments, remove them and save them to a new folder in a SharePoint document Library. The flow would then add the URL of the SharePoint folder to the email. The employee would receive the email with the hyperlink to the SharePoint folder. The flow would also create a Trello card with the information from the email plus a due date that was stipulated in the email message to the employee. Any suggestions on how to construct this? Please be aware I don't have any computer coding experience.
There is no trigger "When an email is sent".
One thing you could do is BCC this email to yourself and then have a trigger that fires when you receive an email and as a condition that you sent the email... and then all the other steps could follow.
