After hours search found that if attachment file in new mail excess 90kb not create file in onedrive or sharepoint list or dropbox or created null
I am seeing this issue as well. Also it appears on items that successfully make it through, the file extension is being stripped away and it is showing up as a generic file.
i have the same problem.
We are aware of this issue and are actively trying to fix it. I will update this thread as soon as the fix goes out.
I think I'm hitting this issue also.
Same flow with Logic App from Azure works perfect !!!!

Copy code that use for create attachment file from Logic Apps to Flow to solve this problem
