Hello everyone,

Background story:

I have created a customer voice form, with a set of questions. Let's say I have 13 medical questions and when I select them in customer voice, it triggers a triggering flow which I have made. That flow contains all the 13 forms with create invitation link. Please find below the screenshots.

When I click the red exclamation mark, in the given 3 screenshots, I get the inner error. Status 403. I have copy pasted it here.

Also, this flow works today but does not work tomorrow. It is quite intermittent. I have 2 triggering flows. One in ENGLISH and the other in FRENCH. The ENGLISH triggering flow works perfectly with no problem whatsoever. The customer voice associated with the English triggering flow is in English. The FRENCH triggering flow is intermittent and inconsistent. Also the language of the customer voice associated with the French triggering flow is French. I hope language is not an issue. I've been struggling in this issue for the past 2 weeks.

Please let me know what am i missing? I would really appreciate some quick help as I have a demonstration day after tomorrow on 5th May, 2021.

Hello, @ChandanMishra!

Please make sure the connection were made with the correct log in credentials! The error 403 means the flow doesn't have the right authorization to access an specific element. It could also be an issue when selecting the environment inside of Power Automate!

I also read that some users fixed this issue cleaning their cache! Let me know if that fixed it!

Hello Rodrigo ,
Thank you for your quick response. I did not even do a single edit to my flow, and everything works fine for me today. For the last 2 days I have been doing regressive testing and all the reports are generated as expected !

The flow is very incosistent. The English flow is working absolutely fine, but he French flow shows inconsistency. Last week if showed error (as noted above in my first email - 403 error "teh report is not in a JSON format") I had checked all the credentials and connections, cleared cache and cookies...before too...

Please could you explain the reason why the flow is behaving incosistently or intermittently.
