I'm new to Flow and struggling. I would love some assistance on creating a flow on Outlook.
I am part of this big shared mail box. To keep track of emails and trails, when awaiting a reply, I cc myself in, and when the email arrives in the inbox, I categorise it to the "awaiting reply" category.
What I want to do with Power Automate, is to create a flow, so that when I do receive a reply, it will automatically remove the cc'd email that was earlier categorised in the "awaiting reply" category. If that makes sense?
I'm trying to figure it out, but it's a bit out of reach to me for the moment, so if anyone has a clue on how to do it, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
