Gateway status shows DM_GWPipeline_Client_GatewayUnreachable, it was working fine earlier since today it shows DM_GWPipeline_Client_GatewayUnreachable.

In addition to what @v-monli-msft suggests, the first thing I would check is that the on-premises gateway service is running. If not, you'll need to start it.
The date that this problem happened seems to coincide with 'patch Tuesday' (the date when Windows Updates are released). I suspect your gateway machine rebooted because of this, and that the gateway service didn't subsequently restart properly.
