Use D365 CS live chat transcript in Power Automate

Hi, 

 

in a PVA live chat scenario (customer -> portal-> CS workspace + agent), I´d like to use the (final) transcript of the conversation within a flow. However, I don´t seem to find where the transcript is saved? Dataverse?

 

Help much appreciated.
