I want to create a Microsoft form that a people can use to refer clients to my team. I want to use the form as a screening process. I want to make sure that my team only gets appropriate referrals from the people making the referrals. I have questions in the form, and if a person answers no for two of the questions, we know their referral is not appropriate for us.
I want the people making the referral to receive an email or message from the form letting them know the if referral is good, we will take it or that the referral is bad and that we won't take it. I want to keep track of the referrals that we can take. When referral is good, I would like the form to send it to our general email so we can follow up. Is there a way to set all of this up with Power Automate?
