Split CSV by commas except in quotes

Hi,

I am trying to split this CSV at each comma, but don't want to split commas in quotes.

[
 "ContClient,ContMFE,ProcName,RecTitle,Remarks,RespParty,RespPartyText,Specifications",
 "Witness,Witness,WPS/PQR Approval,test title,this is a remark,Client,,\"ASME BPVC Sec. IX, AS3992\"",
 ""
]

The split function still seems to split the comma between the two double quotes on the second line.

I can't seem to find a solution to this and would appreciate some help.

Thanks

    Take a look at this:

    There's also a video recommending another path, by Paul Murana

    There's also this entry by @takolota in the Power Automate Cookbook:

    Thanks for the reply @Rhiassuring,

    I went with cookbook solution. I'm fairly new to Power Automate so some of the flow is confusing.

    However, with a bit of tweaking it seems to work perfectly.

    I appreciate the help.

    Cheers
