Populate Microsoft Word - Contract Management Solution Help and Advice

I am trying to create a contract management solution.  Admittedly I am new at this but very motivated so I got that going for me.  What I am trying to do is first have user fill out a SharePoint list.  The user would fill out the Microsoft Word template with Plain Text control inside and the additional added contract language.  The language portion would have things like additional language regarding retention bonus, financial aid. These would be like menu item additions

Step 1: Fill SharePoint List

Step 2: Flow.  Not fully built out only for 2 templates so far but this is how I am selecting the contract based off of the name entered in the sharepoint list.

Branch out to the right parallel. Primary Care Physician 2022.  I have entered all the items but where I am stuck is how to get the specific contract language.

This is the Sharepoint list with the contract language.  How do I set the Financial Aid field in the Populate Word action to point to the Financial aid language in this SharePoint list. Is there a way to do this through a dynamic expression? Pick the item id???

This is how I have the Plain Text control set up in one of the contracts.

Maybe someone has a better way to do this or has gone through something similar.

Thank you for reading
