3 stage flow continues even when rejected

Hi, 

 

I have set up a 3 stage approval flow that works as it should when the first person approves, as it moves on the the 2nd and then 3rd. 

 

However, if the first approver rejects the approval it still continues to send the approval to the 2nd. How can I get it to stop at first rejection?

    You have to check the response of the approve action and setup a condition.

    hi @Matthy79 

     

    Thanks for helping, I have a condition set to send an email notification on if no. But after that email it still proceeds to send the approval request on to the 2nd approver.

     

    to add to this i have just run the flow again and if i reject it, it actually sends the congratulations you are approved email out instead of the if no email i've set up....... i'm a bit confused

     

    This is how it looks. Is there anything obvious i've missed?

    The conditions are empty and you missed one for the last approval.

     

    Check the output of approval from a glow run history. There has to be an information about if it is approved or not. This is what has to go into the condition.
