    Where are you getting this outputs from? Can you share a screenshot of your current setup.

    Normally you can use a Select action for that. In this approach the string is converted into an array. This way the select can retrieve the value of the Email property. After that you can join the values back into a string with the semi colon character.

    From field in Select
    json(concat('[',slice(replace(variables('ExampleOutput'), ';', ','), 0, -1), ']'))

    Map field (switched to text mode with button on the right side
    item()['Email']

    Join it back into a string value again within the Compose with the below expression
    join(body('Select'), '; ')

    Test result

    In that case you could change the Select action. Switch the map field to text mode and remove the Email key.

    1. Remove both the Email Key and the expression from the Map field

    2. Use the T button on the right side to switch to text mode

    3. Add the expression back to the Map field

    4. After that you can use the same expression in your Compose

    join(union(body('Select_-_user_emails'), body('Select_-_user_emails')), '; ')
