Set value/foreign key to a lookup field

Hello,

I'm having a form which have 2 fields:

- 1st is normal text filed 

- 2nd is a lookup field to another table

 

How can I set value to 2nd field?

I want the 2nd field still able to display text while implicit having value of id/foreign key.
