So I setup a share point site that allows two levels of managers to approve and signoff on a report using docusign.
The process is that an analyst creates the report VP of Finance docusigns, then the CFO docusigns.
The issue is that after each docusign the original file still remains on the site, how do I create a flow to delete the original file after it has been docusigned?
You will delete the file using the standard Delete action in SharePoint.
Once the document is signed, I believe you are using a Create file action to save a copy of the signed document.
After this action use the Delete file action to delete the original copy.
In the File Identifier field, reference the original file's unique identifier (retrieved earlier in the flow, typically through a Get file properties or Get file content action).
