List files from table!

I am working with Power Apps Portal (didn't manage to send a message in the other forum). But my problem is that when a user logs in the portal, I want to list files from a file column from a table that's connected to the user.

I have tried to get the URL for the file, but get nothing. Please help!

I also want to make it possible for the user to download the file. In my project I am btw using HTML, Liquid Code and JavaScript.

It is possible using liquid code or Portals web API. Have a look at the documentation below
