Connection breaking constantly since switch to Intune & MDM

Hello,

My company recently rolled out Intune with MDM/MAM. Ever since we made the change, I have had to fix the connections in my flows every day, sometimes multiple times throughout the day. For instance, today, I have already had to fix over 10 connections.

The connections I'm having to fix on a daily basis are: Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Office 365 Groups, Outlook, Excel Online, and OneDrive.

Connections which have not been effected: Word Online, Notifications, Approvals, Power BI, Forms, Forms Pro, Twitter, Planner, CDS, and Teams.

I was hoping there was some consistency in the apps (all O365 apps, for instance) but I don't see a pattern.

Does anyone know of any settings tat needs to be changed so that these connections stop breaking constantly.

    Hi,

Looking through this it definitely seems odd that there doesn't seem to be any pattern to the type of connector that is having issues. Since connections are just API links to different area's this definitely shouldn't be happening. I would recommend to open a Microsoft Support case on this one. Unless another communities member had this issue before and wants to chime in.

If you would like to create a ticket with Microsoft Customer Support here is a link on how to do so: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/get-help-support

    Regards,

    Alex
