Issue with "Update excel row" - Shifting the target row

HI,

 

I'm trying to update a row in an excel file via Power Automate.

As you can see by the screenshot, even if I'm asking to update the row having the column13 (key column) equals to 9, it updates the row having column13 = 8.

It looks like power automate is shifting the target row. Why?

    There seems to be something else going on here but can't see it.  Please share your excel table and entire flow.  Thanks!  Tom
