When a Payroll Direct Deposit email is undeliverable, the Direct Deposit system email receives a bounce-back from no-reply@tmes.trendmicro.com stating that the recipient’s address cannot be found or the mailbox is full.
This flow was created to automatically alert the payroll assistant when these undeliverable messages appear.
Steps taken: Created a flow in Power Automate.
Trigger: When a new email arrives (V3)
Folder: Inbox From: no-reply@tmes.trendmicro.com
Subject filter: “Payroll statement for Pay Date”
Action: Forward an email (V2) using the Message ID to the Payroll Assistant.
Flow saves successfully but never triggers when matching emails arrive. Run History remains empty, and the connection to Outlook is active. Manual test confirms the Forward action works correctly. Looking for help identifying why the Outlook V3 trigger isn’t firing automatically.
