Hello,

I am trying to create a flow using a switch and update item in Power Automate. The flow is running successfully but isn't actually changing anything on the Sharepoint list under the Manager column. Am I missing something here? Thanks fo Here is a screenshot of my flow, hid names for privacy:

What type of column is manager?

@ScottShearer The manager column is a 'single line of text' type.

Try this - immediately before your Switch action add a Compose action and set it to equal the Manager column in SharePoint.  Run your Flow.  Take a look at the run - is the text in the Compose action what you expect that it will be including case?

@ScottShearer Upon adding a compose action and setting it to manager and changing the switch to the ouput, the flow is running as it should now. Thank you for your help!
