Get email ID based on selected Account number and send an email

I have from Account Number and To Account number which is exist in the Account History List in SharePoint . And I have one more list called User registration where I have user Account number and user email ID.

 

I want to send an email to both email id which Account number I have selected in the fronted. Kindly help how to trigger an email to both user ( From and To )  when new Item added in Account History List.

    Please see my example below.  Note the single quotes in my filter query - they are required.

    Also not that I add a ; in my append string action.
