Multiple Approver Selection from a SharePoint list within Power Automate - Approval Process

Hi 

 

If i have an approver list based on different region and BU, how can I get the right SINGLE or MULTIPLE approvers. 

Because users can select multiple regions or BUs like below.

    @v-zhoqian-msft , thank you for your input. What if , i cannot identify number of potential case ? 

    Coz I have a more complex and longer list.

    Well, the previous method of using switch is unnecessary.
