Unfortunately, you cannot generate an email which allows for a user to complete a text area.  One way to address your issue  is to send an email with a link to the SharePoint edit form.  The user can click on the link and update the SharePoint list item directly.

    Hi @Anonymous

Can you please share more details on this?

You want to send a blank space in an email where the user will fill some detail and send that back and the SP list should be updated (but the current flow that is being executed and is sending this email will be exeuted by then) Are you using multiple flows for this?

As a workaround, you might want to send a forms form to the user and when the fill the details trigger a flow to move that details to a sharepoint item.

You can also make use of start and wait for an approval (In this action mention in the body to enter the seat number in the comments part and click on approve) you will get the response in comments and the flow will wait until the user has responded and then sharepoint can be updated.

    Hope this Helps!
