Copy files between SharePoint lists

Hi Community, i'm having a case where i need to copy files from on SharePoint list to another. Today i have a flow running triggered by a PowerApp button.

 

Anyone have an idea of how i could make this more solid in PowerApps without using flow?

The flow is basicly Get attachments from an specific row in Sharepoint list by ID -> For each, Attach to item selected by Id in the other SharePoint list

    Are you looking to transfer the entire record, or just the attachments? 

    If you are looking at the record, that could be done pretty easily within PowerApps, but if attachments, then it is a bit more challenging and if Flow is doing it, I would stick with that.
