MS Flow does not trigger when Customer Voice New Response is submitted

I have created a Flow to trigger when a new response is submitted2023-01-16 10_53_49-Edit your flow _ Power Automate and 4 more pages - Work - Microsoft​ Edge.png.

My Form is a Customer Voice form and I have done this before. (Still, some of my flows are connected with Customer voice forms and they trigger when a new response is submitted)

But It does not trigger my new flow when a new response is submitted from a customer voice

 

These are the troubleshooting that I have done so far;

  • Tried creating a new form and test: Still not triggering
  • Tried creating a new Flow and test: Still not triggering
  • Tried the same Form (Currently active and works with MS Flow) with a new Flow: Still not triggering
  • Tried to get a copy of the existing flow and changed the form ID into new Form : Still not triggering

If someone can help to link this Customer voice form with MS flow to trigger when a new response is submitted would be much appreciated.

    Unfortunately, I think it's a limitation.

    I suggest you change the trigger to a Dataverse trigger.

    This is such a shame - last year Power Automate allowed Customer Voice submissions to be gathered via the MS Forms trigger and the Flows that I created then still work with Customer Voice.
    But now this isn't working for new automations, even copies of ones that work with Customer Voice...
    What has changed, Microsoft?!

    Agreed 100%. I have several of these I have used and spent the past several days frustrated building a new one. If you manually trigger it with a specific response number, there are no issues. Only issue is with an automated cloud flow which defeats a major functionality of customer voice.

    No anwser from MS on this topic? I have same issue with my flow and the form on https://customervoice.microsoft.com/ I noticed, that my form is setup with some upper letters in the project. Within Power Automate Connector I got finally the list of Forms only with the connection of a colleague (my connection shows no reslut to whatever reason). Difference is the formIds are all in small letters! Using the small letter in the form/ project it will not work, because the form is not known. Anybody similar finding?
