Hello Everyone,
Please my flow has been running for a couple of days awaiting the final approval. Just after the Final decision have been taken the flow failed. This is both for approved and reject flows.
In condition gives me an error message : ActionFailed. An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded and in the mail sent a message: Forbidden.
