Hi everyone! Basically I created around 25 lists on SharePoint with 10-20 columns and all my flows (around 20 and linked with these lists) are simple and have the first trigger "When Item is Created or Modified".
The problem here is that's taking too much time to run theses flows (around 15 minutes). So when I create a new Item on the first list, for example, it stays there for a long time. When I modify any information on the 2nd list, sometimes it takes 1 minute and other times takes up to 15 minutes too. I don't know why is taking so much time because my lists are small and my flows are simple.
Curiosity here is that when I create or modify an item on any list, go to the flow webpage and click "test" (using a trigger action), the item on the list INSTANTLY disappear, follows to the list it's supposed to go and the flow works successfully.
Summing up, it seems like the items I create or modify on my lists only works fast when I test the flows on its webpage. Beside that, it takes a long time to work.
Is it have to do with the lists? With the flows? With my Microsoft License? With Microsoft servers?
If you need any further information, let me know!
Hi,
invoice pdf file with name of customer code file (e.g.: 12345.pdf) saving into the SharePoint folder and i have created share point list which is name customer list
column name:
Title Customer Code Customer Name Email id
record in the SharePoint list which i maintain in the list
1 12345 xxxx abc@gmail.com
2000 5675 yyyy sdkdk@gmail.com
total number of records in the list is 3000
when i am running flow in the power automate file is sending as an attachment to concern person ( abc@gmail.com)
very quicky.
when user save file 5678.pdf in the sharepoint folder after that when i am running the flow it takes more time to send that the file.
i increase the pagination size threshold also (5000)
so is there any solution to resolve this issue or OData query where we can identify file very quicky from the SharePoint list.
Hi Scott! I'm not sure what kind of license do I have. Is there a easy way to check that out?
@Anonymous
While this may have changed with the new licensing model, the time before a Flow executes is dictated by your license. If you have a free Flow license, it may take up to 15 minutes for a Flow to execute. What type of license do you have?
Hello @v-alzhan-msft ,thank you very much for your quick response. Below you can see in the first Picture, the first step of my flow. He identifies the creation of a new request on the list "Trade Finance Analyst" and creates a new list "Credit Analyst". The two next pictures are just to show my detailed flow. This step already takes 15 minutes to works.
FYI my company internet speed is: 30 Mbps for download, 70 Mbps for upload and ping around 20ms
Translation: "Quando um item Ă© criado ou modificado" = "When item is created of modified"
"Obter anexos" = "Get attachments"
"Aplicar a cada" = "Apply to each"
"Obter conteĂşdo do anexo" = "Get attachment contente"
"Criar item" = "Create item"
"Adicionar anexo" = "Add attachment"
"Excuir item" = "Delete item"

Hi @Anonymous ,
Could you please share a screenshot the configuration of your flow?
Have you check if you have a good network status when the flow runs?
Best regards,
Alice
