CDS connectors are triggered by updates in the wrong environment after backup

Hi all,

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but since Power Automate and Logic Apps are using the same CDS connectors it's worth a shot.

Yesterday we did a full backup from CRM PRD to DEV environment. Since then, all the Logic apps in PRD we use to synchronize data are triggered by an update of data in the DEV environment. Does anyone know which change of data in the DEV environment might be an explanation for this behaviour? Any help is appreciated!

For anyone who runs into this.. you need to delete all the rows in the "callbackregistration" entity.  you can then disable and re-enable your logic apps and this should fix it

    Hi Alice,

Thanks for your reply, but i don't understand exactly what you mean. What do you mean that i've updated the environment of the CDS? And is there any way how i can undo this? Thanks in advance!

    Hi @emunnik ,

You should only have a back up on the records in the CDS.

I' afraid that you have updated the environment of the CDS since the back up.

    Best regards,

    Alice
